OUR HISTORY

Jon Molesky started recruiting at MRI International in 1990 in Traverse City, MI after graduating from the University of Michigan. At the end of 1992, he was the top producer in his office and moved to Hermosa Beach, California. A.Q.S. opened the doors on January 1, 1993. The focus of this new company was to provide recruiting services to the automotive quality industry. After many years, and hundreds of successful placements, an additional office was opened in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2002. The primary aim was to serve the automotive quality industry as well. We really enjoy and feel a tight bond with this highly competitive market to this day.

Jon also founded a start-up company Advanced Learning Systems in 1999. The company provides training for the recruiting industry worldwide.

As it turned out, Jon liked South Florida so much that A.Q.S. moved to Fort Lauderdale completely in 2003 where we remain today.
A.Q.S. is still operated by Jon Molesky. Frank Saralegui is the Vice President of Operations and is largely responsible for training and success of our associates.
Our plan is to continue to expand into the Pharmaceutical Market and integrate us there as well. We look forward to the future and expect tremendous growth in the coming years by hiring associates who share our vision and philosophy in business.
