We all know to be successful as a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer, one needs to have a great base knowledge of manufacturing, processes, quality and an ability to know when things are being swept under the rug. This position is no exception. Most of the focus here is being able to help suppliers by working on root cause analysis and problem solving.  The typical tools will be needed from automotive quality such as: SPC, 8D, 5 whys, root cause analysis. The focus of this position is hands-on process related issues on products in production having quality issues. You need to be someone who likes getting their hands dirty and get involved with the process and the people involved.

Requirements & Skills:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• Strong TS16949 background
• 5+ years experience
• CQE or CQA a strong plus
