If you have been a Quality Manager or a Senior Quality Engineer ready to take the next step, these are words you need to be familiar with (FMEA, Capability Studies, Control Plans, Gage R & Rs, 8Ds). The plant is currently TS certified, however, systems will have to be expanded as the plant grows. A bachelor’s degree is a plus in this case not a must. Automotive quality experience is what counts in this case. A CQE or CQM is a strong plus.
