It’s Jon Molesky writing to you today. I’m the founder of this firm and have been recruiting in the automotive quality engineering field for the last 27 years. Here is the story as I see it:

This is a new start-up reporting to a dynamic Quality Director whom I’ve known for over 2 decades. The technology is ground-breaking with a rich history which I can explain to you if the criteria are met.

The ideal candidate will be able to come in with a track record dealing heavily with customers and launching products in an automotive environment. We need someone who is a true automotive quality professional. You must be able to deal with launch issues and have a tremendous amount of APQP experience. If you have never worked in a TS environment with automotive customers, this will not be a fit. My Director needs someone who can hit the ground running.

You MUST HAVE:

Proven TS 16949 system background.
A completed 4-year degree
5+ years of experience working with Tier-1 suppliers.
