It’s Jon Molesky here, and, for many of you who have known me recruiting in the automotive quality field for over twenty-five years, here is the story as I see it:

Our hiring manager is a person whom I placed in Automotive Quality over 20 years ago! He is a fair and skillful automotive quality professional who leads by example at this multinational Tier-1 automotive supplier.

This position is an upgrade to the current staff as many folks are highly experienced, but none with a completed bachelor’s degree. It’s high time to push everyone out of their comfort zones. As a Quality Engineer, you will have responsibilities with cradle to grave duties from PPAP and APQP right on through to production and dealing with root causes analysis using tools such as 8D with customers.
