No, we only place within the continental United States.

Yes. Before you speak with our client, we will take the time to coach you on a broad range of interviewing techniques, such as, effective communication, dealing with difficult questions, winning presentation, and how to close the deal.

In the current job market, the vast majority of our clients require a completed Bachelor’s degree along with a solid background in automotive quality. Any A.S.Q certifications, such as C.Q.E, that you may have are certainly a plus. Probably not. Our clients are primarily Tier 1 and sub-tier suppliers to automotive OEMs who have very specific quality standards such as TS 16949. With the current cost-cutting culture we find ourselves in, companies that utilize our services—in almost all cases—demand direct automotive knowledge and experience.

Most of our searches start locally, however if we are unable to find the right match in that area or we have a superstar candidate that is interested in moving to that location, our clients will pay for relocation.

In our experience, we can usually get an 8-12% increase over your current salary. We recommend that our candidates look at the opportunity and be willing to accept an 8% raise. If the opportunity is outstanding, anything above 8% is exciting.
We view ourselves as career doctors. As so, we always help our candidates to solve their career wounds. These include: lack of promotability, poor management, geographical concerns amongst others.
